Diagnostic & ICAT Records

DDI is North America's most advanced imaging center for the face, teeth and jaws. DDI utilizes state of the art equipment, which permits the lowest possible radiation dose, while producing clear, highly detailed images for Creekside Orthodontics.

DDI services include Cone Beam Volume Scan, panoramic projection X-rays, tomography, digital photography, and other standard medical, dental and orthodontic radiographic services.

The Cone Beam Volume Scan is new technology that provides CT-scan quality images. A Cone Beam Volume Scan has less radiation than one panoramic X-ray and provides 3-D visualization of the entire head! The most comprehensive series of X-rays available results in a relatively insignificant exposure of radiation to the patient.

X-rays and photographs are an important part of your treatment. These records help our doctors visualize parts of your anatomy that can not be seen with the naked eye. The X-rays will show the bones of the jaw and face, the roots of the teeth, and many other hard tissue structures of the head and neck. This exciting technology also allows us to see anomalies as never before. Please visit our gallery of images to see examples.

Utilizing DDI can provide Dr. Anderson and Dr. Portalupi the exact procedures needed at a much lower cost to you. The fact that you were referred to DDI shows the high regard our doctors have for your health care as well as your finances.

Will DDI bill my insurance?

DDI asks that your Cone Beam Volume Scan be paid for in full at the time they are taken. Insurance companies will not reimburse DDI for services because they are not network providers. DDI will send a claim on your behalf to your insurance carrier as a courtesy to you. Your insurance carrier will reimburse you directly for any services that they are willing to cover. Please contact your insurance carrier for coverage information.
